Forum Media, a Serbian subsidiary of the Forum Media Group, an international media company, organized an online conference, on December 21, 2021.
Ana Popović, Živković Samardžić Partner and Head of Employment was there to present required changes in Legislation – recommendations from the “WHITE BOOK“. Significant explanations were given regarding the latest comprehensive amendments to the Labor Law – 2014, requisite amendments to the Law Regulating the Field of Work, Attitudes of Judicial Practice and Opinions of the Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veterans Affairs and Social Affairs, as well as answers to the questions whether the legal provisions are sufficiently precise and whether they follow the needs of employers and employees.
In addition to Ana Popović, the participants were also representatives of the Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veterans and Social Affairs and respected judge of the Supreme Court of Cassation Biserka Živanović.
