On June 12, 2024, at the Hilton Hotel in Belgrade, Eurasian Legal Professional Forum in collaboration with the British-Serbian Chamber of Commerce and the Bar Council of England and Wales hosted the English Law Day. Ivan Ljubisavljevic, our colleague and partner at Živković Samardžić Law Office, attended this prominent event.
The event addressed various critical topics, including sanctions, international arbitration, dispute resolution, combating corruption, and investments. Its objective was to showcase the latest trends and solutions in English law and promote the exchange of expertise between English and Serbian legal professionals. English Law Days have been held for ten years, but this was the inaugural event in Serbia.
