The proceedings brought by the Serbian Commission for Protection of Competition against incumbent telecom operator Telekom Srbija a.d. for alleged abuse of dominance on the wholesale ADSL broadband access and the wholesale direct internet access (internet transit service) markets, was closed by a decision of the Commission dated 14 November 2014 making set of commitments offered by Telekom Srbija a.d. binding. Živković Samardžić is representing Arxikon as a general contractor for the construction of the 50 million euro distribution centre for Delhaize Serbia in Stara Pazova. The distribution centre will span 70,000 square meters after the completion of the first phase – when it will allow shipping 6,500 pallets per day, with a possibility to add a further 125,000 square meters later.
