Živković Samardžić advised Israeli company Sizmek Technologies Ltd. on the local implementation of a Transition Services Agreement and Asset Purchase Agreement with Amazon.com, Inc.

As announced by Amazon, the tech giant acquired Sizmek’s ad serving and dynamic content optimization businesses. Sizmek had been seeking a buyer for its Ad Server and DCO products, and the sale to Amazon was a natural fit, given the two companies’ shared customer base. This deal adds an ad server tool to Amazon's offerings, enabling the placement of ads across the web.

Živković Samardžić provided comprehensive legal support to Sizmek Serbia on employment, corporate, and tax matters related to the transaction, as well as post-closing activities.
