Živković Samardžić advised Serbia’s national commercial broadcasters Prva, B92, and Play Radio in obtaining national broadcast licenses from the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Media. These licenses are granted for a period of eight years.

On July 29, 2022, the Regulatory Authority’s Council issued decisions granting national television broadcast licenses for digital terrestrial transmission across Serbia, with Prva TV and B92 among the four stations awarded licenses. Additionally, the Council granted radio broadcast licenses for analogue terrestrial transmission to Play Radio and four other stations.

Prva TV, launched in 2006, is a Serbian commercial network with national coverage and expanded to Montenegro in 2012. B92, established in 1989, operates a national radio and TV network and is known for its advocacy of human rights. Play Radio, established in 2015, is one of the most popular Belgrade radio stations with a national frequency.
