Živković Samardžić advised Yuhor in connection with the acquisition of Food Star Plus, completed at the very end of 2025, as part of Delta Holding’s strategy to expand its operations in the Serbian meat processing sector.

The transaction represents a strategic acquisition and forms part of the ongoing consolidation of the Serbian meat industry, further strengthening Yuhor’s position in the local market.
Yuhor is one of the leading meat processors in Serbia, with a long-standing tradition and a strong presence in the production and distribution of fresh meat and meat products. The company operates modern production facilities and has an established nationwide distribution network, supplying both retail and institutional customers.

Food Star Plus is active in the meat processing sector and is best known for its portfolio of poultry-based products. The company has developed a strong position in specific product segments and distribution channels within the Serbian market.

Živković Samardžić provided legal support to Yuhor in relation to the transaction, advising on relevant corporate, competition, real estate and dispute resolution aspects.
