Živković Samardžić, a leading independent law firm in Serbia and a market leader in venture and growth capital, continues to support South Central Ventures (SCV) in its investments in promising tech startups across the Western Balkans. Following its recent investment in dryTools, the firm assisted SCV in its EUR 700,000 investment in City Expert, a Belgrade-based startup revolutionizing the real estate sale and rental sector through innovative technology.

SCV manages the Enterprise Innovation Fund (ENIF), a EUR 40 million venture capital fund focused on high-growth, innovative SMEs in the Western Balkans. Investors in ENIF include the European Commission, European Investment Fund, European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, KfW, and private investors. The fund targets early-stage investments to drive international expansion.

The Živković Samardžić team advising on the City Expert deal was led by partners Branislav Živković and Slobodan Kremenjak, in cooperation with other associates at Živković Samardžić. The firm will continue to support SCV in its ongoing investment efforts in tech startups.
