Živković Samardžić advised Cimos d.d. on the Serbian aspects of its acquisition by Mutares SE & Co. KGaA from TCH S.r.l. Mutares acquired Cimos, a leading automotive components producer, as a key platform in Eastern Europe, with seven production plants across the Balkans. Cimos employs around 2,000 people and expects revenues of EUR 160-180 million in 2022. Mutares, a private equity investor, focuses on Automotive & Mobility, Technology & Engineering, and Goods & Services sectors. The transaction was expected to close in Q3 2022.
