Živković Samardžić advised TITAN Cementara Kosjerić, the Serbian subsidiary of TITAN Cement Group, on its merger with Stari Silo Company, its affiliated development company. Following the merger, Stari Silo Company ceased to exist and became part of TITAN Cementara Kosjerić.

TITAN Cement Group, a global cement and building materials producer, operates in 10 countries with an annual capacity of 27 million metric tons of cement. The group employs around 5,500 people and has a presence in over 15 countries.

TITAN Cementara Kosjerić, part of the TITAN Group, began operations in 1976 and produces 750,000 tons of cement annually, serving the Serbian and Montenegrin markets.

Živković Samardžić acted as legal advisor on all aspects of the transaction, including structuring the deal, drafting documentation, and supporting the closing process. The team was led by partner from corporate/M&A department.
