Živković Samardžić, a leading Serbian law firm, advised Antenna Group on the sale of its media operations in Serbia and Montenegro to Kopernikus Corporation for EUR 180 million. The deal is currently under review by regulatory authorities in both countries.

Antenna Group, which acquired Fox TV in Serbia in 2009 and rebranded it to Prva TV, grew its market share from 4% to 45% over eight years through significant investment and expansion. The company, founded in 1988, operates in over 20 countries.

Kopernikus, established in 1998, provides cable TV and broadband services. The Živković Samardžić team advising on the transaction included Nebojša Samardžić, Branislav Živković and Sava Pavlović.
