On August 28, 2017, Živković Samardžić, a leading Serbian law firm, advised the shareholders of Tim Kolos d.o.o., a Belgrade-based provider of facility management, construction, and installation services, on the sale of 55% of the company to Samsic Holding dejavnost holdingov d.o.o, a Slovenian member of the French Samsic Group.

Samsic, founded in 1986 in Rennes, is a European leader in facility management, with over 70,000 employees and a turnover nearing EUR 2 billion.
