Partner Sava Pavlović contributed to a panel of professionals discussing logistics and regulation at Xperience 25 in Belgrade, highlighting the E-commerce Association’s initiative to advance Serbia’s digital and regulatory ecosystem.
Partner Sava Pavlović of Živković Samardžić participated as a panellist on the “Logistics & Legal Regulation” session during the Xperience 25 conference, held in Belgrade on 2 October 2025. Bringing together leading experts from across the logistics and e-commerce sectors, Xperience 25 once again affirmed its reputation as a key regional platform for dialogue between business and policymakers.
The panel featured Bojan Rajković (BENU), Zoran Zagorac (City Express), and Nikola Uzelac (D Express), moderated by Aleksandar Zarić (SOG). Discussions centered on the legal and operational challenges of the rapidly evolving logistics industry and its regulatory landscape.
A distinguishing feature of the session was the deliberate selection of participants deeply embedded in the industry ecosystem, and the conference’s emphasis on advancing the regulatory landscape. In particular, the E-commerce Association’s initiative to refine Serbia’s legal framework for logistics and digital commerce, aligning it with the realities of digital commerce, was a central thread of the discussion. Sava, in his role as lead legal & regulatory adviser to this initiative, brought authoritative insight and strategic vision to the conversation.
