Ivan Ljubisavljević, Živković Samardžić Dispute Resolution Partner, and Slobodan Kremenjak, Živković Samardžić IP, Media and Telecommunications Partner, delivered a guest lecture as part of the Specialist Studies for Knowledge Innovation in the Field of Personal Data Protection, organised by the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade. The lecture focused on "Privacy Protection and Media Operations." Ivan and Slobodan presented the key legal challenges in privacy protection within the media environment to the program participants, highlighting the relevant regulatory framework and recent case law.
