With over two decades of experience at Živković Samardžić, Uroš Đorđević leads the firm's Real Estate, Construction, and Infrastructure/Energy practice. His practice focuses on advising financial institutions, investors, and corporate clients on real estate finance, development, acquisitions, commercial leasing, infrastructure projects, and public procurement matters.
Uroš regularly advises domestic and international lenders, developers, and investors on the structuring and execution of complex real estate and project finance transactions, including regulatory compliance, security structuring, and dispute resolution.
He has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including construction contracts, property sale and lease agreements, security documents, and procurement contracts. Uroš also represents clients in real estate litigation, regulatory matters, and administrative proceedings.
