Bio

Miloš is a Civil Law and Property Law professor at the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law. He has cooperated closely with Živković Samardžić since its founding in 1998.

Miloš has lectured on numerous courses in civil and property law, media law, broadcasting law, and advertising law. He served as the President of the Permanent Arbitration Court at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce (2012-2013). He is an arbitrator on the list of the Permanent Arbitration Court at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce. He is the founder of the Association for Arbitration Law (2013) and a member of the Presidency of the Belgrade Arbitration Center (2014). He has participated (as a member of an arbitral tribunal and as an individual arbitrator) in arbitrations under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Foreign Trade Arbitration at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, the Permanent Court of Arbitration at the Croatian Chamber of Economy, and the Arbitration Court at the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce. He has represented parties in arbitration proceedings before ICSID and PCA. He participates in the work of the RNIDS Commission for dispute resolution related to domain names. From 2015 to 2020, he has been a member of the Expert Council of the Serbian Notary Chamber.

He was a member of the editorial board of the journal “Bankarstvo” (2019-2025), as well as the international editorial board of the “Zagreb Law Review”. He is the (co)editor of the journal Continental Law (KoPra). Since 2007, he has been a member of the roundtable of the Verband Deutscher Pfandbriefbanken (vdp) "Flexibility, Efficiency, and Security of Mortgage Rights in Europe" as a representative of Serbia.

He publishes extensively in the areas of contract law, property law, media law and telecommunications. Miloš is one of the authors of the Serbian Broadcasting Law (2002) and Serbian Advertising Law (2005).

In his work in Živković Samardžić, he led and participated in the teams dealing with M&A transactions. More recently, his main role in Živković Samardžić is to counsel our attorneys on the issues within his field of expertise.
