Jovana is a trainee attorney in the Živković Samardžić Technology, Media, and Telecommunications and Intellectual Property practice groups, where she, as part of the team of lawyers, provides legal support and advises clients operating in the creative industries, as well as media and production companies, on matters related to compliance with applicable legal and regulatory frameworks.

During her legal education, Jovana completed internships at the Higher Court in Belgrade and at the State Attorney’s Office – Department for Representation of the Republic of Serbia before the European Court of Human Rights, where she gained insight into judicial proceedings and state representation before international courts.

Jovana is a recipient of the Dositeja Scholarship during both her bachelor’s and master’s studies and was also awarded a French Government Scholarship during her master’s degree.
