Marko Leković joined Živković Samardžić in 2022, as an Associate in the Employment and Immigration practice group, after spending more than 2 years at another reputable Serbian law firm. He advises on day-to-day labor law matters, including drafting employment contracts and internal employment regulations, and lectures regularly on employment and immigration law issues.
Marko advises clients in extensive restructuring matters, such as headcount reductions, redundancy terminations. He is an experienced employment litigation lawyer.
In addition to his work in employment, Marko has significant experience in advising clients on complex data protection issues.
