Živković Samardžić is representing Arxikon as a general contractor for the construction of the 50 million euro distribution centre for Delhaize Serbia in Stara Pazova. The distribution centre will span 70,000 square meters after the completion of the first phase – when it will allow shipping 6,500 pallets per day, with a possibility to add a further 125,000 square meters later.
The Arxikon contract with Delhaize Serbia is based on the FIDIC International standard form and localized in terms of its compliance with the national legislation in Serbia. Živković Samardžić is continuing to represent Arxikon in agreements with sub-contractors and banks supporting the project.
