Živković Samardžić, one of Serbia’s leading independent law firms, advised the shareholders of HDL Design House on its sale to Capgemini Consulting Österreich AG, a global IT services and consulting company.

Founded in 2001 and based in Belgrade, HDL Design House employs around 300 engineers specializing in custom chip designs for various industries.

Capgemini, a global leader with 55 years of expertise, helps companies transform and manage their business through technology, including cloud, AI, data, and digital engineering. It has 350,000 employees in over 50 countries.
