Milica joined Živković Samardžić in 2023 as a member of the Employment and Immigration practice group, following the completion of her studies at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law.

At Živković Samardžić, she advises both domestic and international clients on a wide range of day-to-day labour law matters, including drafting and reviewing employment contracts, preparing internal labour regulations and policies, as well as assisting clients in navigating various data protection and immigration issues.

In addition, she provides comprehensive legal support in restructuring processes, including headcount reductions, redundancy procedures, and other forms of organisational changes, and has experience in employment litigation.
