Bio

Nataša Sarić is an Associate at Živković Samardžić and has been an integral part of our team since 2015. She brings extensive expertise in a diverse range of legal fields, including tax law, media and advertising, and intellectual property law.

Nataša is actively involved in tax regulation matters, particularly those related to various international projects and transactions. Her work includes tax optimization and planning for both international and domestic transactions, as well as representing clients in tax-related, criminal, and civil procedures and litigation.

She has played a key role in major international legal projects related to philanthropy, including the Framework for Giving (F4G) in 2018 in the Republic of Serbia and the Framework for Giving in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2023, where she served as one of the main legal associates. During these projects, Nataša co-authored the Philanthropic Agenda 2019, published by the Trag Foundation, and authored the Rulebook for Tax Reliefs for Donors, which served as the foundation for the Tax Administration of the Republic of Serbia to issue the official Instruction for Realizing Tax Reliefs for Donors.
