Živković Samardžić is representing Arxikon as the general contractor for the €50 million Delhaize Serbia distribution center in Stara Pazova. Spanning 70,000 square meters in its first phase, the center will handle 6,500 pallets per day, with an option to expand by an additional 125,000 square meters.

The contract, based on the FIDIC International standard, complies with Serbian national regulations. Živković Samardžić continues to assist Arxikon with sub-contractors and bank agreements supporting the project.
