Within the framework of technology entrepreneurship development and innovations center ICT Hub’s Startup programme and in cooperation with Živković Samardžić, ICT HUB Playground hosted a seminar for the fourth generation of ICT Hub Startup programme participants, aiming to familiarize prospective tech entrepreneurs with startup legal, tax and commercial aspects.
Seminar included presentations made by Igor Živkovski, Živković Samardžić Corporate and M&A Senior Associate and Nataša Sarić, Živković Samardžić Trainee Attorney. Igor’s presentation focused on the incorporation process and main legal issues tech entrepreneurs are facing when establishing startups in Serbia. Legal forms of companies, companies’ bodies and their composition and scope were discussed, as well as ways to finance startups and the issues most important to potential investors. Presentation was followed by interactive discussion with participants.
