On February 9, Živković Samardžić Law Office and the Belgian Serbian Business Association jointly organized webinar on the topics Financing Current Operations – Own vs. Borrowed Capital and What Does the Guide to Safe and Healthy Work from Home Bring Us During the Coronavirus Pandemic?
At the webinar, Igor Živkovski, Živković Samardžić Corporate and M&A Partner, made a presentation with a focus on a corporate finance and specifics of debt and equity investments in Serbia. Igor presented his views on legal procedures, limitations, practical solutions and relevant tax regulations.
Ana Popović, Živković Samardžić Employment Partner, presented the Guide to Safe and Healthy Work from Home, which has been recently published by the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veterans’ Affairs and Social Affairs. The aim of the Guide is to make it easier for employers and employees to work in the new circumstances caused by the pandemic.
