Kikinda (part of TCH Group) on its delisting from the Belgrade Stock Exchange. Following a complex process, the Securities Commission approved Livnica Kikinda&#8217;s conversion into a private joint stock company. As a result, the company&#8217;s shares were delisted, and it now operates as a non-public entity. Cimos, which holds 93% of Livnica Kikinda, is the main shareholder, with nearly 3,000 minority shareholders holding the remainder.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto; font-style: normal; font-weight: 300; font-size: 20px;\">Cimos, a major automotive supplier founded in 1972, produces components in 10 plants across Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia, and Serbia.
