\u017divkovi\u0107 Samard\u017ei\u0107 advised Catalyst Romania, a leading tech-focused venture capital firm in Romania, and 3TS Capital Partners, a prominent European private equity and venture capital firm, on the Serbian aspects of their investment in Hunch, an automated creative production and media buying platform. Hunch has raised EUR 4 million in a round led by Catalyst Romania, backed by 3TS Capital Partners, with co-investors including Euroventures, North Base Media, SeedBlink, and South-Central Ventures. This marks the largest round for Catalyst Fund II and the fund\u2019s first investment in the SEE region outside Romania. The funds will help Hunch expand its sales team, boost marketing, and support its growth in Europe and the US.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hunch, a Meta Business Partner, collaborates with top global brand and performance marketing teams to drive operational efficiencies, revenue growth, and faster go-to-market strategies. Its platform combines data-driven creative workflows with automated media buying, enabling marketers to focus on growth.<\/span><\/p>\n

Catalyst Romania targets tech companies with launched products and experienced management teams. In 2012, it launched its first EUR 15 million fund, followed by a second tech fund in 2020, which closed at EUR 50 million, exceeding its EUR 40 million target. The fund continues to invest in early-stage growth companies across Romania and the region.<\/span><\/p>\n

3TS Capital Partners is a leading European growth capital firm, providing funding for businesses in sectors like Technology, Media, and Technology-Enabled Services. Investors in its funds, totalling over EUR 400 million, include EIF, Erste Group, Tesi, Cisco, and EBRD, among others.<\/span><\/p>\n
