Since its launch in August 2019, the platform has attracted over 27,000 IT professionals and 600 companies, despite challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto; font-style: normal; font-weight: 300; font-size: 20px;\">Joberty provides a space for IT professionals to share work experiences, candidates to find jobs, and companies to discover relevant talent. The platform enhances transparency in the IT sector, allowing the wider community to understand company cultures and work practices. Joberty aims to grow regionally and expand into the U.S. market.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto; font-style: normal; font-weight: 300; font-size: 20px;\">Kroog Ventures, founded in 2021, focuses on early-stage European tech startups.
