As a result of the merger, Antenna Group Studios ceased to exist and became part of Prva TV.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto; font-style: normal; font-weight: 300; font-size: 20px;\">Kopernikus, established in 1998, offers cable TV and broadband services via cable and optical internet infrastructure. In late 2018, Kopernikus, owned by Mr. Sr\u0111an Milovanovi\u0107, acquired Prva TV and O2 TV in Serbia and Montenegro from Antenna Group.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Roboto; font-style: normal; font-weight: 300; font-size: 20px;\">Prva TV, launched on December 31, 2006, as Fox television, was owned by Antenna Group from 2009 to 2018.
