\u017divkovi\u0107 Samard\u017ei\u0107, a leading full-service law firm in Serbia, served as local counsel for Nestl\u00e9 in the Adriatic region during its 50\/50 joint venture with UK-based R&R Ice Cream. This collaboration led to the creation of Froneri, a new global joint venture in ice cream, frozen foods, and chilled dairy. The deal was completed after securing necessary regulatory approvals, with Nestl\u00e9 and PAI Partners, R&R\u2019s owner, each holding equal stakes.<\/span><\/p>\n

With a projected sales volume of \u20ac2.6 billion, Froneri will operate in 22 countries, employing 15,000 people. The company, headquartered in the UK, will have operations spanning Europe, the Middle East (excluding Israel), Argentina, Australia, Brazil, the Philippines, and South Africa.<\/span><\/p>\n
