Marko Trišić, Živković Samardžić Partner and Deputy Head of Dispute Resolution Practice is leaving the firm on October 1st, 2019. In the future, he will focus on establishing a practice of his own, but will continue to cooperate with Živković Samardžić, as a consultant, on a select number of cases. Partner Miloš Milošević shall continue to lead our Dispute Resolution Practice.

Marko Trišić joined Živković Samardžić in 2012, after two years stint with another reputable law firm in Belgrade. He was promoted to Senior Associate in 2015 and to Partner in 2017. As a dispute resolution specialist, he was handling some of the most complex commercial disputes and high profile business litigation cases for the firm, and was recognized for his work as the “next generation lawyer” by Legal 500 EMEA in 2017.
