Miloš Stojković commented constitutional appeal filed by the group of journalists, activists and actors for the N1

Miloš Stojković, Živković  Samardžić Technology, Media and Telecommunications associate, has commented for the N1, a 24-hour regional cable news channel, a constitutional appeal filed by the group of journalists, activists and actors against the decision of the Appellate Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade, denying them protection against a smear campaign in several print and broadcast media outlets. Appealants claim that the denial of protection amounted to the violation of their rights to a fair trial, freedom of expression and an effective remedy.
