Forum Media, Serbian subsidiary of The Forum Media Group, an international media company offering cutting-edge education and training, hosted a seminar on the “Practical Implementation of the Law on Centralised Records of Beneficial Owners”, with Igor Živkovski, Živković Samardžić Corporate and M&A Partner as a keynote speaker.
Igor shared his insight on the establishment, content, basis of recording and the manner of operation of the Centralised Records of Beneficial Owners of legal persons and other entities registered in the Republic of Serbia, as well as other matters of importance for recording the beneficial owners. Obligations of the Registered Entities and criminal offence and misdemeanour introduced by the Law on Centralised Records of Beneficial Owners were also discussed. Igor’s presentation was followed by interactive discussion with participants.
