Živković Samardžić, a leading Serbian law firm, advised JUBANKA AD BEOGRAD (formerly Alpha Bank Srbija AD) on the sale of a performing loan receivables portfolio to SOCIETE GENERALE BANKA SRBIJA AD. This is one of the largest transactions in the market in recent years, following the acquisition of Alpha Bank Srbija A.D. by AIK Banka AD earlier this year, for which Živković Samardžić also provided legal counsel.

The team advising on the transaction was led by Partner Branislav Živković, with Partners Uroš Đorđević and Sava Pavlović.
