Following an application by Živković Samardžić on behalf of Prva, a Serbian national commercial TV network, the Commercial Court in Belgrade granted an interim injunction against Pink International Company, the parent company of Pink TV and a member of the regional Pink Media Group.

The injunction prohibits the broadcast of any program under the name "EXKLUZIV" or similar, including any use of the word "exclusive" or elements of Prva’s registered trademark, regardless of typography or transliteration.

Prva sought the injunction after Pink announced a similar program, covering celebrity news and interviews, with a name and logo closely resembling Prva's trademarked program that had aired for several seasons. Prva’s trademark for the program name and logo was registered over six years ago.

The Živković Samardžić team securing the injunction for Prva was led by the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Head of Media Litigation.
