Živković Samardžić, one of Serbia’s leading independent full-service law firms, has promoted two of its senior associates to junior partners, and one associate to senior associate, effective January 1, 2026.

The promotions have been made across 3 of the firm’s practice areas.

Tihomir Vlaović has been promoted to junior partner in our Dispute Resolution Department. He graduated from the University of Belgrade’s Faculty of Law in 2015 and has been with the firm since 2016. Tihomir has developed a strong expertise in commercial litigation and has played an integral role in preparing and managing arbitration proceedings, ensuring that our clients receive comprehensive and seamless representation across various dispute resolution platforms.

Srđan Zerdo has been promoted to junior partner in our Real Estate and Construction Department. Srđan joined Živković Samardžić in 2016, following his graduation from the University of Belgrade’s Faculty of Law earlier that same year. He advises clients on complex transactions across the real estate and energy sectors with a focus on acquisitions, leasing, and the development of residential, commercial, and industrial properties, as well as renewable energy projects and large-scale infrastructure developments.

Marko Leković has been promoted to senior associate in our Employment and Immigration Department. He graduated from the University of Belgrade’s Faculty of Law in 2019 and has been with the firm since 2022, after two and a half years with another reputable Serbian law firm. Marko advises clients in extensive restructuring matters, such as headcount reductions and redundancy terminations and is an experienced employment litigation lawyer. Additionally, Marko has significant experience in advising clients on complex data protection issues.
